Where bookings come from
Booked value is the price on the booking rather than money collected, and each row says how many bookings carried one — walk-ins usually have none until staff take payment. Canceled and no-show bookings aren't counted.

These are the shop's alerts, and they only fire for bookings with no
chair — a walk-in, say. Each barber's own bookings go to them, with their
own phone, email and switches, set on their profile.
